Board of Directors Guide lines and duties regarding board of directors positions.
No votes will be cast regarding any member or idea put forth before the board. No elections will take place. No member of the board will dictate right or wrong the goings on of any student or member belonging to another instructor, school owner or organization head including that of the founder of TSDMAS. No board member under any circumstance will ever get involved with another persons student or the promotion of a student outside their own school.
No board member may contact a student of another member or a student of the founder in regards to promotions, likes or dislikes, No negative comments will be tolerated such as phone calls or e mails to a member who is not their direct student. Board members are put in place to help answer members questions in a positive manner only. Board members may make helpful suggestions in writing to the founder. All decisions are made by the Founder of TSDMAS. Any violation of the above will result in disciplinary action not to exclude expulsion from the society.
