Dan Testing Information
Official Notice
Only those members in good standing with TSDMAS and listed on the Dan Roster will be recognized at the current rank listed. This applies to members promoted outside the organization or personally tested by myself. We DO NOT honor rank from non active members personally awarded or from a second party promotion.
Also, All TSDMAS members holding the rank of 4th Dan and higher will be required to re certify every six months to remain actively listed on the Dan roster and to remain listed at their current rank.

Rank Advancement
Dan Rank Advancement can be done either in person at an official TSDMAS / IMS testing center or at the headquarters for TSDMAS / IMS under David Zacker. For certain circumstances, a series of video tapes can be submitted to be considered for rank advancement.
Candidates up to 3rd Dan should take part in a three day Shim Sa.
Candidates 4th Dan and higher should take part in a three day to one week long Kodanja Shim Sa.
Dave Zacker will be available to conduct testing at any testing center location.
