The following is a commentary by Grand Master Zacker

We started the event off with the awards ceremony...The TSDMAS awards for 2007. I was pleased to see so many out to receive their awards.

• Master of the year was awarded. Master Terry Shaw from London Ontario.
• TSDMAS leadership awards were presented to Master Larry Jose And Master David Berry    
• TSDMAS Hall of Fame was presented to Master Duane Pitcher along withSchool of the year World Class Institute of Martial Arts
• Grand Master of the year was awarded to Delford Fort of  Yellow Tigers
• Living Legend award was presented to Grand Master Robb The Dragon Hogan.
• The World Sport Karate Champion award was presented to Adam Lux.
  

   

  
  Next my very own student Ms Cassie Czewski sang the National Anthem...what a beautiful voice!

  The gym was full of the spirit....Not one complaint! Not one upset parent....just great martial arts and brotherhood. And a lot of smiling faces.


A special Thank you to Grand Master Delford Fort for his encouragment and pushing me to make this happen...And to Adam Lux for all his support...Grand Master Robb Hogan for his words of wisdom, Grand Master Marshall Bey for his kindness and support..and to everyone who came out...And brought me and my students into their hearts and family...We are all connected and I consider you all my martial arts family.

A very special thank you to World Class Institute of Martial Arts Master Duane Pitcher for his support and pre- registrations.

To my son Christopher Zacker who worked so hard the night before setting up the gym...shopping with us...tearing down the gym....And with all that he went on to win the Youth Black belt divisons...first place fighting black belt champion. IM so proud of you Chris!

Thank You Dee and Rick Chipman. The kids and adults loved the face painting and tempoary tattoos.

It truly was a war on the floor...but ended with love on the floor and in the house. 2 time world sport karate champion Adam Lux went on to fight and win the adult black belt grand championship. His student finally got the chance to see him fight ... and what a show he put on.

Im not bragging because this was my tournament but this was the best tournament I ever attended...good competition, respect and love.
